A certificate against ISO/IEC 42001 does not say your AI system is safe, unbiased, or accurate. It says something narrower and, for anyone signing a contract or answering a regulator, far more useful: that your organization runs a working system for deciding what AI it builds or uses, for finding out what could go wrong, and for doing something about it.
Understanding that distinction is what separates a successful implementation from three months spent producing the wrong evidence.
This course takes you from the standard to a certifiable AI management system. Published in December 2023, ISO/IEC 42001 is the first international AI governance standard an organization can actually be certified against, and procurement departments have started asking for it by name.
